Dale & Charity White

Dale & Charity met as college coaches coaching against each other. They have 25 years of combined experience coaching collegiate tennis. In founding Ace Placement, Charity and Dale have accepted a new challenge in life and stepped out of collegiate coaching to help young athletes find a college tennis team to be a part of while earning their college degree. Over the years Dale and Charity have both served in many positions on NJCAA (National Junior College Athletics Association) committees. They take pride in promoting the sport of tennis and growing the game as well as enabling young athletes to realize their dream of playing at the college level.



Dale White- Originally from Boston, England. Came to the US in 2001 on a tennis scholarship at Armstrong State University where he graduated with a bachelor's in psychology. While at Armstrong State he won the National Title in Doubles in 2004. Dale received All-American all 4 years. HE went on to become a Graduate Assistant for the tennis team at Georgia Southern University and graduated with a Masters in Sport Psychology. Dale coached at Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College in Tifton, GA for 15 years. Among his accomplishments are two 3rd place finishes with the men's team, two top 5 finishes with the women's team. He coached over 20 combined All-Americans and 3 singles national champions. He also earned the Women's National coach of the year in 2017. His teams made 15 appearances to the Spring National Tournament as well as 15 Fall National Tournaments.


Charity White - Originally from Amarillo, Texas received a tennis scholarship to play at Seward County Community College then transferred to Saginaw Valley State University. Charity started out coaching at Cowley College in Arkansas City, KS in 2013 for 6 years. Her best achievement at Cowley was the men's team ranked 4th in the nation back-to-back years and the women's team finished as high as 6th in the nation. Charity moved on and started to coach the women's team at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK that were ranked in the top 50 nationally in D2. Charity moved on to coach at Collin College in Plano, TX. She coached over 10 combined All-Americans over the 10 years coaching at the college level. She made 8 appearances to the Spring National Tournament and 6 appearances to the Fall National Tournament.
